Supreme  Advisor (SA): Dr. Keo Ratanak

           Dr. Keo Rattanak is a highly accomplished scholar and practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in Buddhist education, leadership, and institutional development. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Philosophy from Maha Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and has received extensive training from both national and international institutions in education management, international relations, leadership, psychology, proposal writing, and program development.

            Over the past 20 years, Dr. Rattanak has played a leading role in advancing Buddhist education and youth development. He has provided informal education and training to Buddhist youth, helping to nurture moral values, mindfulness, and community service among the younger generation. As the founder of several local associations and an active liaison with national and international organizations, he has worked to bridge Buddhist education with modern public education systems, promoting holistic learning and ethical leadership.

           In addition to his academic and community contributions, Dr. Rattanak also serves as the International Relations Coordinator for Southeast Asia at Chulalongkorn University, Khon Kaen, Thailand, where he facilitates cross-cultural collaboration, academic exchange, and institutional partnerships within the region.

            As Supreme Advisor, Dr. Keo Rattanak provides strategic and technical guidance to strengthen institutional capacity and ensure good governance. He supports the mobilization of resources and funding, promotes national and international cooperation, and reviews organizational policies and procedures to ensure transparency, accountability, and effectiveness. His leadership philosophy emphasizes compassion, integrity, and collaboration in serving the community, donors, and target groups.
