      Mr. Pum Sinoeurn is an experienced educator and administrator with over 20 years of dedicated service in Buddhist education, social development, and institutional leadership. He holds advanced academic qualifications in Education, English Literature, and Buddhist Studies, and has completed professional training in management and leadership, teaching pedagogy, communication, and information technology, strengthening his capacity in both academic and organizational management.

       Mr. Sinoeurn began his professional journey as Director of the Morality of Education of Buddhism and Social in Prey Veng Province, where he promoted Buddhist education, moral values, and social responsibility within communities. His leadership focused on integrating Buddhist principles into social and educational development, empowering youth and citizens to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and ethical conduct as part of everyday life.

     Over the years, he has held a range of leadership roles in education and administration, gaining extensive experience in institutional planning, human resource management, and academic coordination. His balanced approach to leadership—grounded in Buddhist ethics and modern management principles—has helped strengthen educational quality, teamwork, and moral discipline in the institutions he has served.

     As General Secretary of the Board, Mr. Pum Sinoeurn is responsible for ensuring effective governance, policy compliance, and transparent coordination between the Board of Directors, management, and stakeholders. He manages board meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions, while advising on organizational policies and strategic development. His work supports strong communication, accountability, and cooperation at all levels of the organization.

       With a deep commitment to both spiritual growth and social progress, Mr. Sinoeurn brings integrity, compassion, and wisdom to his leadership.
